so today didn’t go so well…
I didn’t eat anything healthy at all. I didn’t have time to exercise at all, either (I had to leave right when I woke up to transfer my grandma from the hospital to a rehab home) and then when I got home I had to get ready for work right away.

Anyway. Today didnt go well.
My first weigh in will be put up later today.
Let me just say that I’m not proud of that number. Hahaha

-A deck of cards you can write on

-A standard track (like the one at your high school)

Here’s what you do:

Each suit is a different exercise:

Hearts: push-ups

Diamonds: lunges

Spades: squates

Clubs: sit-ups

Write the exercise on the card so it’s easier to remember!

Such a cool workout! Doing this soon :)

This is going to be a long, hard journey

But it will be so, so worth it.
